I specialize in therapy for those who feel overwhelmed, anxious, discouraged, or unsure how to move forward. Life can bring periods of stress, relationship strain, unexpected loss, panic, or emotional exhaustion. Sometimes these experiences show up as anxiety that won’t quiet down, periods of depression, difficulty sleeping, irritability, or feeling disconnected from yourself and the people around you. You may be ready for something different, but you do not know where to begin.
At the heart of my work is creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. Healing begins with trust. In our sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to speak openly about what’s weighing on you without fear of judgment. Together, we slow things down, make sense of your experiences, and identify practical tools to support relief and meaningful change.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, I support adolescents (12+), adults, navigating anxiety, depression, panic, relationship challenges, parenting issues, women’s issues, trauma, grief, ADHD, mood disorders, and life transitions. I also work closely with families and couples to strengthen communication and connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs.
I draw from mindfulness-based practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed, and Family Systems approaches. My goal is not only to reduce symptoms, but to help you build emotional awareness, resilience, and confidence in yourself.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. Taking that first step is an act of courage. If you’re ready to explore support, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to ensure we’re a good fit. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.

Outside of Therapy
Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time with my family and friends. I have a passion for discovering new places and finding hidden gems. When I am not traveling or doing therapy, you can often find me at concerts, plays, and movies.
