I provide therapy for adults across the lifespan, with a particular focus on supporting men navigating challenges in their relationships or in their personal or professional lives. Many men carry silent pressure—to perform, to provide, to hold it together—while often feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. You don’t have to manage that alone.
Relationship strain, career stress, questions about identity or purpose, anxiety, and low mood can all take a toll over time. Sometimes these struggles are rooted in earlier experiences—feeling misunderstood, isolated, or not good enough—and they continue to shape how you show up in your partnerships, at work, and within yourself. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin responding in new ways.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in genuine connection. I believe therapy works best when you feel respected and understood. Together, we build clarity around what’s keeping you stuck and develop tools that help you communicate more effectively, regulate stress, and strengthen your relationships.
With almost 10 years of clinical experience, I draw on mindfulness-based practices, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy to support meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re feeling disconnected in your marriage, navigating professional burnout, struggling with anxiety or depression, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, our work will be tailored to your goals.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, my areas of focus include:
Adult Men’s Therapy | Relationship Challenges | Anxiety and Depression | Workplace Stress | Childhood Trauma
Taking the first step can feel difficult. I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation to determine whether we’re a good fit. If you’re ready for support, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater confidence, connection, and emotional well-being.
